eightspace inc. was established in 2011 by three partners with an ongoing history of collaboration dating back over fifteen years. The firm provides architectural consulting, design and management services, primarily in the automotive retail sector.

Tarvo Eistrat

Tarvo brings over 20 years of experience in a broad range of commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
He has extensive experience in the development of automotive dealership facilities, having previously developed and overseen the implementation of corporate brand image programs for Hyundai Auto Canada and Subaru Canada Inc. His efforts have contributed to the realization of several hundred automotive dealership facilities across Canada over that time.

John has over 30 years of professional experience in the design and development of a diverse portfolio of projects. His unparalleled depth of experience in automotive facility design and corporate brand image programs has served major manufacturers such as:
